The market activity for homes in South Florida has been on fire in 2001
and continues to soar in 2002. With little or no new construction
available in Broward County, sellers have been able to enjoy
extraordinary gains. The surge in the market has a direct correlation
with recent trends for residential homes in cities like Weston,
Cooper City, Parkland, Pembroke Pines, Davie, Plantation, Coral
Springs and Miramar. These areas are easily accessible, close to

Heron Bay in Coral Springs built by WCI Communities-

Arvida Realty Services to Coldwell Banker
Arvida Realty Services was sold to Coldwell Banker this
month for approximately $170 million dollars, representing an aggressive
move by Coldwell Banker to corner the market in Florida. This
transition begins a new opportunity for The Solomon Team to become the
top producing agents in Broward County.
Family News
Eric and Meri Solomon are expecting their first child in
September. This will also be the first grandchild for Stan and Fran.
